• Integration with Google Drive for media storage and management

• Batch processing of media files

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Obtain proper consent from individuals whose faces appear in content you process
• Not use the Service to create deceptive, misleading, or harmful content
• Not use the Service to impersonate others or create non-consensual intimate imagery
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding synthetic media and deepfakes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use SwapFlow to:

• Create content that depicts minors in any inappropriate context
• Create non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery
• Create content intended to harass, defame, or harm individuals
• Create fraudulent or deceptive content for scams or misinformation
• Violate any intellectual property rights or publicity rights
• Circumvent any content moderation or safety measures

5. Third-Party Services

SwapFlow integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Kie.ai - For AI face swapping processing
• Google - For authentication and Google Drive integration
• Social Media Platforms - YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, Snapchat, Telegram

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. SwapFlow is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

6. API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys for third-party services (such as Kie.ai). Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely, but you are responsible for any usage and associated costs incurred through your API keys.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using SwapFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWAPFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwapFlow and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
